These Terms of Service apply to your use of traveladvisorva.com and to all services purchased from Travel Advisor VA (“Travel Advisor VA,” “I,” “me”). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Travel Advisor VA provides virtual assistant and creative services for Travel Advisors, including social media management, website design, landing pages, custom and pre-written blogs, lead magnets, brand refresh and consulting, coaching, and hourly project support. The scope, price and timeline for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

  • All services are paid in advance. Work begins once payment is received.
  • Website design requires a setup fee to begin. The remaining balance is due before design work starts.
  • Hourly Projects have a 2-hour minimum, are paid in advance and are tracked in consecutive time blocks.
  • Hour Bank Service is purchased in 5-hour blocks, with a 30-minute minimum drawn for each task.
  • Software, hosting, domains and subscriptions (for example, a WordPress.com plan) are paid directly by the client to the provider and are not included in service fees unless stated in writing.

Refunds

Because time is reserved and work begins as soon as payment is received, payments are non-refundable. Unused hourly time is not refunded. Pre-written blogs and lead magnets are digital products delivered right away and are not refundable once delivered. If a problem comes up with your order, email Kim@TravelAdvisorVA.com and every effort will be made to make it right.

Turnaround Times

Timelines are estimates given at the start of each project. They depend on receiving your content, photos, logins and approvals on time. Delays in receiving what is needed from you may extend the timeline.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content and account access needed for your project
  • Confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos or content you supply
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable time
  • Check that published content meets the rules of your host agency, suppliers and local regulations

Pre-Written Content

Each pre-written blog and lead magnet is sold to one Travel Advisor only and is then retired, so it is never resold. Once purchased and paid in full, you may publish, edit and use it for your own travel business. You may not resell, share or distribute it to other advisors or businesses.

Ownership of Work

Custom work created for you belongs to you once it is paid in full. Travel Advisor VA may show completed work, with client details removed if you prefer, as samples in its portfolio and marketing. Templates, design systems and methods used to create your work remain the property of Travel Advisor VA.

Samples on This Site

All samples shown on this site, including blogs, lead magnets, landing pages and websites, are the property of Travel Advisor VA. They are for viewing only and may not be copied, downloaded for reuse or used in your business without purchase.

Photos and Third-Party Content

Photos used in your work come from properly licensed sources, from your supplier partners or from you. Use of supplier images is subject to each supplier’s own terms. Facts, prices and policies in travel content are checked at the time of writing, but travel details change often, so please confirm details with suppliers before quoting them to travelers.

Confidentiality

Your business information, client details and account logins are kept confidential and used only to complete your work.

Results

Every effort is made to help your business grow, but specific results such as followers, leads, search rankings or bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Advisor VA is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software changes, outages or account restrictions outside its control. To the extent allowed by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Ending Services

Either party may end ongoing services with written notice. Work already paid for will be completed or delivered in its current state. You remain responsible for any amounts owed for work already completed.

Use of This Website

The content of this site is provided for general information. You agree not to copy, scrape or misuse this site or its content. Your use of the site is also covered by the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Projects already in progress follow the terms in place when they were booked.
